A method for determining the index weight by applying the AHP comprises the following steps of: establishing a hierarchical structure of a researched problem; judging a matrix by determining paired comparison; carrying out hierarchical single sequencing; carrying out hierarchical total sequencing, and calculating the combinational weight of all elements of a same hierarchy; and carrying out consistency check. The assessment method of the teaching quality of quantitative remote education carries out the data processing by establishing a fuzzy comprehensive assessment model based on the AHP, introducing a theory into the assessment of the teaching quality of the remote education, determining the weight of assessment factors by using the AHP and then establishing a mathematical model by using a fuzzy comprehensive assessment method, thereby transforming the assessment problem into the multiplication problem of the fuzzy matrix for processing.
