Abstract

The device comprises a tank body with a top provided with a feed opening and a nitrogen charging opening; the lower part of the tank body is in a reduced conical shape, while the bottom is provided with a fluidized bed; the tank body is internally provided with a discharge pipe; and the lower end of the discharge pipe is arranged above the fluidized bed, while the upper end penetrates through the side wall of the tank body. The blasting device is characterized in that homothermal labyrinths are filled in the middle of the tank body; and the homothermal labyrinths consist of metal strips which are intersected lengthways and transversely to form into grilles. As the homothermal labyrinths are made of metals with favorable thermal conductivity and are intersected lengthways and transversely to fill the middle of the tank body, an ideal homothermal effect can be obtained, and a local high temperature possibly existing in the middle of the tank body can be eliminated, thereby effectively avoiding combustion and explosion and ensuring use safety. In addition, the homothermal labyrinths are in favor of the uniform input of coal powder so that the blasting effect is better.
