The system comprises a cleanliness monitor and a moving device, wherein, a controller of the cleanliness monitor is connected with the moving device; the moving device comprises a plurality of drive caster wheels for driving a plurality of drive motors corresponding to the drive caster wheels, and a motor controller; the drive motors are connected with the drive caster wheels and the motor controller; and the motor controller sends a control signal for controlling the rotation direction, the speed and the arrival position of the drive caster wheels to the drive motors so as to control the drive motors to drive the drive caster wheels to reach the position designated by the control signal with the set direction and speed according to the control signal sent by the motor controller.
