The method includes the following technical steps: mixing, stirring, windrow composting type fermentation, turning, completely decomposing, drying, coarse grinding, screening, fine crushing, dosing, pelleting, cooling, classified selecting, coated drying and dosing. Finally, a special fertilizer, organic type fertilizer powder, organic type fertilizer grains, the BB fertilizer and the like can be produced. In the whole production process of the invention, drying temperature is controlled to be in a range of 60-70 degrees centigrade, and drying humidity is controlled to be in a range of 30%-35%, so that most of microbes can survive, and biologic fertilizer efficiency is high.
