Abstract

The invention relates to an organic fertilizer production method and special equipment thereof, which are mainly applied to the production of organic granulated fertilizers and organic-inorganic mixed granulated fertilizers. The method comprises the following steps of: mixing; stirring; fermenting in a windrow mode; turning over; maturing; drying; roughly pulverizing; screening; fine pulverizing;dispensing; pelletizing; drying; cooling; screening in stages; and finally, preparing special fertilizers, organic fertilizer agents, organic finished fertilizers, and the like. In the invention, thedrying temperature of the whole production process is controlled to be 60-70 DEG C, and the drying humidity is controlled to be 30-35 percent to ensue that most microorganisms can be keep alive, thusthe biological fertilizer efficiency is obvious; a special fine pulverizer is used and can be used for pulverizing when the water content of the fertilizer is 30-40 percent, thereby the production efficiency is improved by 10 times; and the fertilizer pulverizing quality is greatly improved, and pulverized fertilizer granules can be controlled to be below 1mm.
