Abstract

The machine has adjacent processing units e.g. feeder godet (19), heating device (20), cooling device (21) and texturing unit (22), delivery spindle (23) and winding station (24), provided for processing stations to form process modules (11.1-11.3, 12-14, 15.1-15.3). A multi-part machine frame e.g. main beam (1), transverse beam (4) and carrier support (5), accommodates the modules. The main beam is vertically aligned and is formed by an upper beam (2) and a lower beam (3) to accommodate the modules, which are arranged together. The lower and upper beams are detachably connected together.
