The color-fixing agent is free of formaldehyde, is a quaternary ammonium salt typed environmental-protective color-fixing agent, is applied in color-fixing treatment in fabric dyeing with an active dye and can enable both color fastness to washing and color fastness to rubbing to be increased by 0.5-1 grade.
