Embodiment Construction

[0012] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0013] like figure 1 As shown, the present invention includes "two lines and three areas" that are separated by partitions and coordinated with changes in fresh air pressure gradient and air cleanliness, wherein "two lines" include the outer corridor 1 and clean passage 2; "three areas" include Clean Zone 3, Buffer Zone 4 and Contaminated Zone 5.

[0014] A plurality of wards 6 are arranged in the polluted area 5 of the present invention, and the outer corridor 1 is arranged in a C shape around the periphery of the entire polluted area 5 wards, and each ward 6 is provided with a door corresponding to the outer corridor 1 . The entrance end of outer corridor 1 communicates with elevator passage 7 by a door 51, and the end of outer corridor 1 can also communicate with a dirt room 8 and dirt elevator. Patient or patient's family member can enter and le...

Abstract

The invention relates to an intensive care and therapy unit, which is characterized by comprising a clean area, a buffer area and a polluted area which are separated by partitions and are formed by fresh air pressure gradient and air cleanliness. An outside corridor is arranged around the unit in the polluted area, and a clean passage is arranged in the clean area. The clean area is communicated with the buffer area through a buffer room, and the outside corridor and the entry end of the clean passage are respectively communicated with an elevator passage through a door. Each unit is respectively provided with a door being communicated with the outside corridor and a door being communicated with the buffer area. On architectural layout and gas flow directions, the unit ensures the unitarity of structural partitions and functional partitions of the three areas, therefore cross-infection among intensive care units (ICU) can be effectively avoided, and biological security is furthest provided for medical workers. The intensive care and therapy unit can be widely used in care for a variety of critically ill patients and particularly used in care for critically ill patients of a variety of respiratory systems.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a medical facility, in particular to an intensive care treatment unit. Background technique [0002] Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a medical place for intensive monitoring and intensive treatment of critically ill patients. Compared with ordinary patients, ICU is a high-risk area for nosocomial infection because critically ill patients are critically ill and complicated, and require more monitoring and treatment, and a considerable part of them are invasive diagnosis and treatment. The traditional ICU design adopts a single channel and flow direction, that is, patients and medical staff share the same channel. This design is difficult to avoid cross-infection between patients and medical staff as well as between patients. The spatial layout of the entire ICU has no clear boundary between the clean area and the polluted area, which is not convenient for the prevention and control of nosocomial infection. In a traditiona...
