Abstract

The invention relates to an airplane lift demonstration instrument for physics teaching, comprising a fairing, a fan, a bed plate, a slide rail and a model airplane. When the fan is started to generate an air flow at a larger speed, a relative motion is generated between the air flow and the wings of the stationary model airplane which is installed in the transparent fairing, an upward lift is generated because of the special shapes of the wings, the whole model airplane is about to rise upward and vertically along the slide rail, a streamer flaps along with the air flow behind an empennage, and thus, the generation process of airplane lift is demonstrated. By using the invention, the generation process of the airplane lift can be demonstrated visually and completely, visibility and visual ity vivacity are improved, and the instrument is particularly suitable for demonstration experiments in teaching.
