Problems solved by technology

In particular, the opening feeding stage of early larvae is a critical period of early fish development, and a large number of larvae often die. The lack of sufficient palatable exogenous bait is one of the main reasons for the death of larvae, which affects the development of the aquaculture industry.
The implementation of artificial large-scale culture of octopuses is of great significance to increasing new varieties of seawater culture and improving economic benefits, but there is no relevant literature to disclose the technology of opening bait for octopus larvae

Embodiment

[0018] Example: Octopus larval open bait, which contains rotifers, Artemia nauplii, and Euglena gracilis; Rotifer and Artemia nauplii according to the number ratio of 9:1 to 1:9; Euglena gracilis and rotifer And Artemia nauplii according to the number ratio of 40:1 to 55:1.

[0019] The optimization measures adopted include: Rotifers and Artemia nauplii are all cultivated with Euglena gracilis for 4 hours to 9 hours; Euglena gracilis is cultivated with n-3HUFA intensified solution, and n-3HUFA enhances the solution of DHA and EPA. The mass ratio is 3:1 to 4:1.

[0020] The method for producing open bait for octopus larvae is characterized by the following steps:

[0021] ① Steps for strengthening Euglena gracilis: add n-3HUFA fortification solution with seawater that has been precipitated, filtered and boiled, and then inoculated with Euglena gracilis species; cultivation temperature is 24℃, continuous light, intensity is 3000lx, salinity is 22‰, The pH is 7.2, the air stone is sli...

Abstract

The invention discloses octopus larva initial baits and a production method thereof. The octopus larva initial baits provided by the invention contain wheel animalcules, artemia nauplii and euglena gracilis, wherein the number ratio of the wheel animalcules to the artemia nauplii is 9: 1 to 1: 9; and the number ratio of the euglena gracilis to the wheel animalcules and the artemia nauplii is 40: 1 to 55: 1. The ratio of the wheel animalcules to the artemia is adjusted according to the octopus larva cultivating time, so the overall mouth opening efficiency of the octopus larva can be improved; and part of octopus larvae which develop slowly are compensated with a small amount of wheel animalcules for further cultivation. The production method for the octopus larva initial baits comprises: (1) a step of strengthening the euglena gracilis; (2) a step of cultivating bait microbes; and (3) a step of mixing. The produced baits have long activation time and are tasteful, so the mass octopus larva production can be carried out under artificial conditions, the survival rate of the octopus larvae can be improved, and the octopus larvae have uniform feeding amount after opening mouth.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to an open bait for aquatic seedlings and a production method thereof, in particular to an open bait for octopus larvae and a production method thereof. Background technique [0002] Most octopuses are shallow-sea species, but there are also a few deep-sea species. The inner shell of the octopus is degraded, and only two small shell needles remain on both sides of the back, without a light emitter. The female has a pair of fallopian tubes. The benthic life of the main camp crawls on the bottom of the sea, and can also parade briefly in the bottom seawater by virtue of the reaction of the water jet from the funnel. It has short-distance reproductive and overwintering migratory habits, and feeds on lobsters, shrimps, crabs, shellfish and benthic fish. It is often a prey target for sharks and moray eels. The spawning amount of different species of octopus varies greatly, ranging from several thousand to more than one hundred thousand....
