Abstract

The bored concrete pile underwater concrete perfusion pipe pressure type dredging device comprises a pressure housing which is sealed at the upper end of a pipe, wherein the pressure housing is provided with an air inlet valve, an air outlet valve and an air pressure gauge; and the air inlet valve is connected with an air supply pipe. The device has rational and reliable structural design; the problem of pile breaking due to the hole collapse during the concrete bored concrete pile underwater casting is solved; 10 to 15 atmospheric pressures can be provided by pressurizing in the pipe through a dredging tube, so that the underwater concrete perfusion pipe is quickly dredged and the economic loss caused by probable pile breaking is timely avoided; and the device has the advantages of simple structure, convenience of operation and low cost.
