Unfortunately, the rest of the scheme is unreasonable, such as not taking advantage of the IPv4 option, but requiring a change in the identification number of the transport layer protocol, which breaks compatibility with the current Internet

[0052] 1. Reserve network block URLs and proxy super gateway URLs in the old network

[0053] Before implementing it, you should first consider the possible scale of the new Internet and make corresponding plans. Under the premise of not breaking through the IPv4 packet format, after the implementation of the hyperlink protocol, the maximum capacity of the new Internet (excluding network block URLs) can reach 17 million times that of IPv6, but this takes one-third of the old network URLs as the network. block URLs as a premise and thus unrealistic. But even with the limitation of establishing 100 L2 network blocks, the maximum total capacity of the new Internet will still exceed the capacity of IPv6. Taking a step back, even if the L5 network block is not established, the maximum total capacity of the L3 and L4 network blocks under one L2 network block is 2.9×10 27 . If these sites are evenly distributed on the earth's surface (including polar regions and oceans), more than...

Abstract

The invention provides a new network layer protocol. Existing internet is taken as a template to establish network blocks with same size; under the condition of keeping an IPv4 framework and other layer network protocols unchanged, a new option is added to the existing IPv4 protocol to store information required by network block addressing; and the network blocks are added to enlarge the website space of the internet. The protocol is characterized in that a determined entry website is given to each network block, being called a network block website; the network blocks are connected by special gateways (super gateways); and data packets delivered by cross-network blocks are sent to target network blocks by coordination (a super router) among the super gateways. After the protocol is enlarged, the internet is not provided with a center; and the highest layer of the internet is formed by mutually equal network blocks. The existing internet is one of the network blocks naturally, being called an old network. Newly-built network blocks can be in seamless connection with the old network in a unidirectional mode. Users in the new network blocks can access to websites which are not updated in the old network, thus avoiding the difficulty that the IPv6 is difficult to start.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for enlarging the space of Internet addresses. Background technique [0002] The information revolution driven by the Internet has significantly changed the world in just over two decades, which was beyond the expectation of the original network designers. The 32-bit URLs that were considered impossible to use up at the beginning have now been used up more than half. Except for the United States, the birthplace of the Internet, other countries in the world will soon face the exhaustion of website addresses. [0003] Although the IPv6 protocol recommended by the US Internet official in 1998 can provide a huge number of URLs, it is completely incompatible with the current IPv4 protocol. Although global network experts have made every effort to promote IPv6 in the past ten years, it has not been able to be implemented commercially due to the inability to seamlessly connect with the IPv4 network. As a result, some fronti...
