Abstract

The invention discloses methods and corresponding systems for acquiring and configuring network parameters by utilizing a base station, and the methods and the systems are applied to the electrifying process of the base station. The method for acquiring the network parameters comprises: the base station broadcasts and transmits a dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP) discovery message; when a DHCP server receives the message, the DHCP server replies a DHCP providing massage to the base station, wherein an IP (Internet Protocol) address and other relevant configuration information which are allocated for the base state are carried in the DHCP providing message; and when the base station receives the DHCP providing message, the base station acquires the IP address and other relevant configuration information which are carried in the massage. The method for configuring the network parameters comprises: the base station broadcasts and transmits a DHCP request massage after acquiring the network parameters according to the method for acquiring the network parameters, wherein the DHCP request massage at least carries identification information of the DHCP server which distributes the IP address and other relevant configuration information for the DHCP request massage; and after the base station receives a DHCP response message replied by the DHCP server, the base station configures the acquired IP address and other relevant configuration information to the base station which is not configured with network parameters yet.
