Problems solved by technology

[0004] Although all kinds of stethoscopes have been developed, in practical applications, lung sounds are often perceived through on-site listening by medical staff. This method is extremely inconvenient, especially in the contemporary era of population expansion, and various pulmonary infectious diseases occur from time to ti...

Embodiment Construction

[0017] see figure 1 , the portable wireless electronic stethoscope of the present invention includes two parts, namely a stethoscope head and a processing device capable of wireless communication with the stethoscope head.

[0018] The stethoscope head can be attached to the surface of the human body, and can usually be worn on the patient's chest or back. It can include: a sound sensor, an amplifier, a filter, an analog-to-digital conversion module, a wireless transmission module, and a first power supply circuit. Wherein, the sound sensor is used to collect the lung sound signal. Since the lung sound is a weak sound signal, it is difficult to extract it non-invasively through the chest wall. Therefore, the sound sensor used in this embodiment is a high-precision sound sensor produced by the American BIOPAC company. Sensor TSD108, its specific parameters are as follows: frequency response: 35Hz to 3500Hz, output: 2V (p-p) maximum limit, noise: 5μVrms-(500-3500Hz). The amplif...

Abstract

The invention provides a portable wireless electronic stethoscope which comprises a stethoscope head and a processing device, wherein the stethoscope head can be adhered to the surface of a human body, and the processing device can be in wireless communication with the stethoscope head. When in use, an acoustic sensor of the stethoscope head senses a lung sound signal, and the lung sound signal is transmitted to the processing device after being subjected to amplification, filtration and analog-to-digital conversion; and after the processing device receives the lung sound signal, the lung sound signal and a cardiac sound signal accessed through a cardiac sound signal port are subjected to adaptation operation, the cardiac sound signal in the lung sound signal is filtered out, and then the lung sound signal the cardiac sound signal of which is filtered out is displayed, thus realizing the purpose of monitoring the lung sound signal. Since the stethoscope head is in wireless communication with the processing device, cross infection between a doctor and a patient when the existing stethoscope is utilized can be effectively avoided, and the use is safer.

Description

technical field [0001] The technology of the invention relates to a stethoscope, in particular to a portable wireless electronic stethoscope. Background technique [0002] Lung sound is a kind of sound signal. The principle of sound is that when the alveoli are exchanging gas, the lungs expand and contract accordingly, driving the airflow to move, and then the airflow in the airway vibrates to generate sound energy. Abundant lung sound signals contain important information that is helpful for clinical disease diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Stethoscope is the most commonly used diagnostic equipment, through which some information of lung lesions can be obtained. Yet the stethoscope that the doctor of many hospitals adopts now still passes the stethoscope head on the patient's lung, listens to the lung sound by the doctor's ears to sense the condition of the patient's lung. However, in this method, people's senses and thinking ability can only obtain a small part of i...
