Abstract

The invention relates to a method for pouring polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) on an anodic aluminum oxide template and modifying the PDMS substrate with a nano structure with polyvinyl alcohol, which is a physical process and chemical process combined surface modification method. The method comprises: preparing anodic aluminum oxide membrane by an aluminum sheet electrolyzing process, pouring PDMS onto the anodic aluminum oxide template, solidifying and stripping the membrane to obtain the surface nano structure of the high polymer; and activating the surface of the high polymer by plasma irradiation, soaking to realize the modification by the polyvinyl alcohol and thus introducing a hydrophilic group. The method combines physical modification and chemical modification and designs a method capable of improving the surface hydrophily of PDMS and maintaining the surface hydrophily of PDMS for a long time.
