Abstract

A spatial convolution unit receives output of an image sensor and carries out spatial convolution operation to generate convolution output. The color interpolation operation is carried out on the convolution output through the color interpolating unit to generate color interpolation output. A spatial deconvolution unit carries out spatial deconvolution algorithm on the color interpolation output by using inverse operation of the spatial convolution operation so as to generate a pre-treatment image. Although the structure of the system and the color interpolation operation are simple, more image resolution can be reserved, the proportion of color interpolation errors is reduced and the image quality is improved, particularly, the invention has better effect on image edges.
