The treatment part comprises a treatment part conveying mechanism, a deinking mechanism and an ink powder reclaiming mechanism, wherein the treatment part conveying mechanism receives the waste paper conveyed by the pretreatment part, conveys the waste paper in the treatment part and acquires recycled paper after treatment; the deinking mechanism performs deinking agent coating on the waste paper treated by the pretreatment part and conveyed by the treatment part conveying mechanism so that the ink on the waste paper is separated from the waste paper; and the ink powder reclaiming mechanism is arranged on the downstream of the deinking mechanism, and removes and reclaims the ink on the waste paper treated by the deinking mechanism and conveyed by the treatment part conveying mechanism and separated from the waste paper to obtain the recycled paper. The collecting part comprises a collecting part conveying mechanism and a recycled paper collecting box.
