Abstract

The invention provides a method for producing polyester staple fibers. The method comprises the procedures of spinning, winding, bundling, drafting, heat setting, oiling, crimping, relaxation setting and cutting, wherein finish bath used in the oiling procedure is emulsion prepared from active ingredients and water; the active ingredients include A, B, C and D; A, B and C are shown in the specification; when A is equal to 1.0, B is equal to 0.2-0.8, C is equal to 0.5-1.0 and D is equal to 1.5-3.0. The method has the following positive effects: the oiling agent scales on such main parts in the spinning equipment as a vortex tube, a hasp and the like are obviously reduced when the polyester staple fibers oiled by a post processing finish provided by the invention are purely spun by adopting an MVS (Murata vortex spinning) process, thus effectively overcoming the defect that the resultant yarns easily produce soft twists, lengthening the cleaning period of the main spinning parts and substantially improving the spinning production efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for manufacturing polyester staple fiber, in particular to a method for manufacturing polyester staple fiber which adopts an air-jet vortex spinning process after spinning. Background technique [0002] Air-jet vortex spinning (MVS) is a new generation of spinning technology developed on the basis of traditional air-jet spinning (MJS). When MVS is spinning, the sliver is sucked into the vortex tube by the negative-pressure airflow, and the fiber rotates at high speed in the tube. The vortex twisting of the free end is realized under the action of the airflow. MVS has many advantages such as fast speed, high output, short process and high production rate. Although both MVS yarn and MJS yarn have a double-layer structure of core fiber and wrapping fiber, the yarn forming mechanism of MVS determines that the fiber can be tightly wrapped. Twisting, MVS yarn has a much higher proportion of outsourcing fibers, but the amoun...
