Abstract

The system comprises a production equipment area, a process monitoring and operating room and a simulation system, wherein, all equipment in the production equipment area is formed by means of reduction based on a certain proportion, and adopts a proper amount of real instruments and valves for a plant; the process monitoring and operating room is a real central control room and can be operated and organized by a DCS (distributed control system); and the simulation system forms equipment performances, process reaction and engineering properties during the chemical process through a computer system.
