coal, which comprises the following steps of: 1, judging and automatically
processing a
deflagration accident of a
coal mill: monitoring the pressure of an inlet and an outlet of the
coal mill and the temperature of an outlet of the coal mill, and when the
differential pressure change of the inlet and the outlet of the coal mill and the temperature rise condition of the outlet of the coal mill are met, controlling the
deflagration accident of the coal mill; the coal mill deflagration accident alarm
system is triggered while the coal mill automatic fire extinguishing steam device is automatically started; 2, automatic purging of the coal mills and the pulverized coal pipes: monitoring the air speed of the pulverized coal
pipe at the outlet of any one coal mill, and when the air speed is lower than a set value, triggering an automatic purging device of the coal pulverizing
system to start to purge the pulverized coal
pipe at the outlet of the coal mill; and 3, monitoring the
wind speed of the pulverized
coal pipeline: increasing
wind speed measuring points on the pulverized
coal pipeline. By arranging a series of structures, the running reliability of power
plant equipment is improved, the blending
combustion amount of imported economic coal types is increased, the fuel cost of a power
plant is reduced, and huge benefits can be created for the power
plant.
