The spacer layer is located between the first material layer and the second material layer, and a refractive index of the spacer layer is smaller than a refractive index of the first material layer and a refractive index of the second material layer. According to the light uniformization structure and the light emitting module in the invention, a relatively-low refractive index layer matched with the surface structure is used to generate uniform light field and high penetration effect. What's more, a geometrical optic deflection mechanism (a high refractive index layer clamping a low refractive index layer) is used to reduce total reflection in the internal of the light uniformization structure, further improving light-outgoing efficiency of the light uniformization structure and the light emitting module.
