The device comprises a constant temperature box which is provided with a liquid inlet hole and a liquid outlet hole; a liquid outlet pipe extends into a box body and is connected with a liquid pump; one end of the liquid outlet pipe is connected with a first double-linethree-way subline device; the left end of the liquid outlet pipe is connected with a double-line pipe through a clad connecting device; one part of the double-line pipe forms a spirally-coiled heat exchanger; one end of the double-line pipe is connected through a second double-line three-way subline device, and the right end of the double-line pipe is connected with a liquid-gas mixing pipe; a first electromagnetic switch valve is joined in the liquid-gas mixing pipe; one part of the liquid-gas mixing pipe is continuously and spirally coiled into a second heat absorption expander; a second temperature sensor and a second pressure intensity sensor are installed between the second heat absorption expander and the first electromagnetic switch valve; one end of the heat absorption expander isconnected with a pneumatic motor through an expanding pipe, and the other end of the heat absorption expander is connected with the left end of a second double-line three-way device through a second expanding pipe; the liquid-gas mixing pipe is communicated with the liquid outlet pipe; and the second expanding pipe is communicated with a liquid return pipe.
