Abstract

The invention discloses a forming device which can produce long flat metal wire rods with no stress. The forming device comprises a frame. The frame is provided with a calendaring apparatus, a heating device, an annealing apparatus and a drying device, wherein the calendaring apparatus comprises a bearer provided on the frame and two rollers provided on the bearer through bearing pedestals, the same ends of the two rollers are respectively connected to a reduction box through two shaft couplings, the bearing pedestals of one roller are provided with two screws of which the other ends are in athreaded connection with the bearer and is connected to a drive unit provided on the bearer. According to the invention, the circle metal wire rod is flattened with the roller into the flat metal wire rod which is in accordance with production requirements. Besides, the heating device and annealing apparatus are adopted to remove the stress generated in the processing process so as to produce theflat metal wire rod which better satisfies the production requirements.
