The raw materials for production are prepared: wherein the components comprise by weight: 50% to 80% of vinyl-terminated dimethyl methyl ethylene, 19% to 40% of silica and 1% to 10% of hydroxy terminated dimethyl, which are mixed together for stirring into paste; the produced production raw materials are sent to a forming die for preparing rubber bands blank; then the rubber bands blank is placed into a surface-disposed solution for immersing for certain time, wherein the surface-disposed solution comprises the following components by weight percentage, 40% to 50% of methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 30% to 35% of deodorization kerosene, 7% to 10% of silicone oil containing oxygen and 10% to 20% of siliconpowder, the rubber bands blank are immersed and then taken out for baking under high temperature of 200 DEG C - 250 DEG C.
