Embodiment Construction

[0026] The concrete implementation of the present invention is described further below in conjunction with accompanying drawing:

[0027] Regarding the sampling of lamp language symbols, an example is given below to figure 1 The sampling process is described. Lighting communication uses various long and short flashes to represent letters, numbers, and service symbols. The ratio between long and short flashes is: taking the short dot (dot) as a unit, the long light (dash) is equal to three units, and the flash is equal to one. Units, equal to three units between letters, equal to five (seven) units between each phrase. The current common coding of light signals is Morse Code (Morse Symbols). E.g:

[0028] A dash

[0029] B draw a dot

[0030] C dot dash dot

[0031] D draw a dot

[0032] Point E

[0033] F dot dot dash dot

[0034] G dash point

[0035] H dot dot dot

[0036] 1 dot dash dash dash

[0037] 2 dot dash dash

[0038] 3 dots, dots, dashes

Abstract

The invention relates to the ship light communication field, in particular to an automatic acquisition and identification system of a ship light signal. A lamp signal is sent, acquired, read and decoded manually, and even if a professional personnel executes the operation, the lamp signal may be decoded wrongly or can not be decoded because of the limitation of various reasons. Aiming at the defect of the traditional manual light communication technology, the invention provides the automatic acquisition and decoding system of the ship light signal. The system mainly consists of a lamp signal receiving system, an automatic sending system, a goal directional tracking subsystem and a central control system, wherein the continuous picture of the lamp signal is sent to a central control module by the lamp signal receiving system through a camera at the speed of 60 frames per second; a signal light source is controlled to send the light signal through the automatic sending system according to a command of the central control system; and the goal directional tracking subsystem comprises an incidence sensor which can keep the goal signal source within the range covered by the camera.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of ship light communication, in particular to an automatic acquisition and identification system for ship light signals. technical background [0002] Ship light signal (also known as light language) is a generalized language for communication between ships and is widely used internationally. However, the sending and reading of the light language are all obtained and decoded manually. If there is a lack of professionals, it will have a huge impact on the sailing ships. Moreover, even with professionals, decoding errors may occur or cannot be decoded due to various conditions. Therefore, there is a need for a system that can automatically detect possible light signs in the sea 24 hours a day, and can also automatically decode them. The generation of this kind of system will be able to replace manual interpretation of light words, and can also detect possible light words 24 hours a day, and automatically judge whether...
