Problems solved by technology

①. There are differences in the concentration of organophosphorus pesticide residues in different environments, and there are also differences in the degradation ability of strains screened by different laboratories. Some strains degrade organophosphorus residues at a higher concentration of 50 mg / L to 100 mg / L faster, and it is not easy to quickly remove organophosphorus pesticide residues in the environment with the preparation of such a single strain
②. There is a lack of high-efficiency degrading strains that can rapidly degrade organophosphorus pesticide residues higher than 100 mg / L in the existing technology
③. Generally, the degradation rate of the strains used is slow, and it takes 7 days to more than 30 days for the treatment time to fully exert the degradation effect

Abstract

The invention relates to a multi-strain composition for high-efficiency degradation of organic phosphorus pesticides in the environment, which consists of a strain A, a strain B and a strain C, wherein the strain A is rhodococcus rhodochrous R-D3 strain; the B strain is stenotrophomonas acidaminiphila G1; and the C strain is cupriavidus taiwanensis X1 strain. The strain A, strain B and strain C are inoculated onto and cultured in a Luria Broth (LB) liquid culture medium respectively to form bacterial solution A, bacterial solution B and bacterial solution C; the bacterial solution A, bacterial solution B and bacterial solution C are uniformly mixed according to a volume mixing ratio of (1-2):(1-2):(1-2); and thus, the multi-strain composition for high-efficiency degradation of organic phosphorus pesticides in the environment is obtained. The multi-strain composition can quickly degrade organic phosphorus pesticide residue to different degrees within 1 to 7 days, the degradation rate of the multi-strain composition reaches over 95 percent, and the pollution of organic phosphorus pesticides is eliminated effectively.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to environmental bioengineering, in particular to a mixed microbial agent for efficiently degrading residual organophosphorus pesticides in the environment. Background technique [0002] my country is a large agricultural country, and the production and usage of pesticides are increasing year by year. The extensive application of pesticides in agricultural production has played an extremely important role in the prevention and control of crop diseases and insect pests, providing a reliable guarantee for a bumper harvest. However, the long-term and large-scale use of pesticides has made the pesticide pollution in the environment more and more serious, endangering people's health, food safety and other environmental problems. Organophosphorus pesticides have been widely and widely used for a long time, among which chlorpyrifos is one of the most used pesticides in the world. In my country, chlorpyrifos is a new type of high-effici...
