Embodiment 1

[0012] Such as figure 1 As shown, the mercury-free low-xenon fluorescent glow lamp includes a glass bulb 1, an electrode 2 and a gas filling inside the glass bulb 1, and phosphor powder 3 is coated on the inner wall of the glass bulb 1. The gas filling is a mixed gas composed of helium, argon and xenon, and the volume percentage of each component is 60-85% helium, 10-25% argon and 5-15% xenon, preferably 70% ~77% Helium, 15~20% Argon, and 8~12% Xenon. The electrode 2 can be an electrode made of pure nickel wire, nickel-plated iron wire or nickel-manganese wire. The components of a typical mixed gas are shown in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a mercury-free low-xenon fluorescent glow lamp, which comprises a glass envelope, electrodes and a gas filler in the glass envelope. Fluorescent powder is coated on the inner wall of the glass envelope. The gas filler is a gas mixture of 60 to 85 volume percent of helium, 10 to 25 volume percent of argon and 5 to 15 volume percent of xenon. Compared with the conventional fluorescent glow lamp, the mercury-free low-xenon fluorescent glow lamp provided by the invention has the remarkable advantages that: a low-xenon inert gas mixture replaces argon and mercury, so manufacture is simplified, damages of mercury are completely eliminated, and human health and environment protection are ensured; and different fluorescent powder is selected, and kinds of visible light such as green light, blue light, yellow light, white light and the like can be emitted, so the mercury-free low-xenon fluorescent glow lamp can satisfy using needs of a plurality of fields such as indication, advertising, publicizing, decoration and the like, has vast domestic and international market, good economic benefits, and can produce good social benefits.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a fluorescent glow lamp, in particular to a mercury-free low-xenon fluorescent glow lamp. Background technique [0002] Most of the existing fluorescent glow lamp structures are composed of a glass bulb and electrodes arranged in the glass bulb. The glass bulb is filled with argon and mercury, and the ultraviolet rays generated by the argon and mercury during gas discharge are used to excite the phosphor to emit visible light. This product is widely used in electrical equipment, instrument lines, and household appliances as an optical signal indicator source. However, because mercury is injected into the bulb, it is harmful to human health and the environment, and it is relatively difficult to make and the process is complicated. Contents of the invention [0003] Purpose of the invention: Aiming at the deficiencies in the prior art, the purpose of the invention is to provide a mercury-free low-xenon fluorescent glow lamp, w...
