Abstract

The invention provides a low-speed energy application device. The energy application device comprises a centrifugal mechanism (1) and a coupling (2) which are connected with each other, wherein, the centrifugal mechanism (1) comprises a connecting shaft sleeve (12), a centrifugal block (13), a connecting plate (14) and a return spring (15), the centrifugal block (13) is rotatablely arranged on the connecting plate (14), and the return spring (15) can drive the centrifugal block (13) to rotate; and the coupling (2) comprises a shaft coupling (21) and a spiral spring (22), the shaft coupling (21) drives the centrifugal block (13), and the spiral spring (22) provides release energy to the centrifugal block (13). The low-speed energy application device has the advantages that the instantaneous output rotation speed can be greatly increased so as to obtain high output rotation speed; and the centrifugal mechanism and the coupling are assembled together so as to achieve simple structure andobvious effect. By adoption of the low-speed energy application device, a starting ignition coil is omitted so that the system reliability is improved and the cost is lowered.
