Abstract

The invention discloses a cage textile air conditioning spray chamber. Each one of the five spray racking pipes (2) comprises two vertical sections and a horizontal section, wherein the vertical sections and the horizontal section are orderly connected together. Spray nozzles (3) are uniformly arranged on the five spray racking pipes (2). The spray nozzles (3) are threadedly connected with the five spray racking pipes (2). A bottom surface of the bottom tank (1) is an inclined plane of which a left side is lower than a right side. A drain outlet (9) is arranged at a lowest point of the bottom tank (1). A plug screw (10) is arranged on the drain outlet (9). A right side of the bottom tank (1) is provided with a water outlet (4). A left side of the bottom tank (1) is provided with a water inlet (5). The water outlet (4) is connected to a water filter (11). The water filter (11) is connected to a water pump (12). The water pump (12) is connected to a circulating water pipe (13). The circulating water pipe (13) is connected to the two sections of each one of the five spray racking pipes (2). The water inlet (5) is connected to a tap water pipe. The cage textile air conditioning spray chamber can solve well the problems of low heat-moisture exchange efficiency of air and water, and incomplete air washing. The cage textile air conditioning spray chamber enables fabrics to satisfy humiture requirements from a weaving technology, guarantees resultant yarn quality, improves workshop air quality, and has a simple structure and a low cost.
