The substrate group comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, a frame sealant and a barrier structure, wherein the first substrate is provided with an active region; the frame sealant is configured between the first substrate and the second substrate, the first substrate and the second substrate are assembled through the frame sealant and are spaced from each other at a distance of a bug hole so as to define a space, and the frame sealant is provided with a filling opening; and the barrier structure is configured on the first substrate and is positioned outside the active region, the distance from the barrier structure to the second substrate is smaller than that of the bug hole, the barrier structure divides the space into a first region and a second region, the filling opening is only positioned in the first region, and the active region is only positioned in the second region.
