Abstract

The present invention relates to a composition of HDPE / POE-g-MAH / mesoporous molecular sieve blended material and a preparation method thereof. The HDPE / POE-g-MAH / mesoporous molecular sieve blended material is prepared by the following components according to a certain weight proportion: 50%-60% of HDPE, 30%-40% of mesoporous molecular sieve, 10% of POE-g-MAH, 0.15% of anti-oxidant (1010), and 0.15% of lubricant (OPE). The composition of HDPE / POE-g-MAH / mesoporous molecular sieve blended material can effectively settle the following defects in use: easy deformation, easy rupture, short service life, etc. The adding of the self-made POE-g-MAH reduces tearing phenomenon caused by non-enough toughness in a use process to a certain degree. The adding of the lubricant OPE improves machining performance of the HDPE / POE-g-MAH / mesoporous molecular sieve blended material. The composition can be used for the HDPE(high density polyethylene) / RHDPE(regenerable high density polyethylene) / POE-g-MAH / mesoporous molecular sieve blended material of engineering plastics such as tube.
