The preparation method comprises the following steps of: weighing the raw materials according to the weight ratio; putting the raw materials in a high mixing machine; then mixing for 2-5minutes; discharging; extruding by utilizing a double-screw extruder; pelleting; and obtaining the product, wherein the processing temperature is 150-200 DEG C, and the number of the turns of each screw is 25-35 HZ.
