Abstract

The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a heel mat and a clamping device utilized by the same, which relates to the manufacturing method and the manufacturing device of the heel mat. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that: (A) a heel mat with the size being larger than that of a heel; (B) the bottom end of a well-produced heel is scanned, and a shape and a size of the bottom end of the heel can be obtained through a computer; (C) a heel mat shaft of the heel mat is clamped by a clip on a stand, and the stand is installed on a numerical control machine; and (D) a heel mat processing margin of the heel mat is automatically cut by the numerical control machine, so the heel mat can reach the size and the margin of the heel. The clamping device consists of the clip and the stand; the lower end of the clip is a cylindrical base, the upper surface of the cylindrical base is connected with a conical body with a smaller lower part and a larger upper part, a separating groove divides the conical body into 2 to 10 clamping bodies which are in a petal shape, and a clamping hole is respectively arranged in each clamping body; and the lower end of the clip is arranged inside a central hole of the stand. Due to the adoption of the manufacturing method and the clamping device, the problems of the present manufacturing method of the heel that the production period is long and the cost is high can be solved.
