A cereal on-line moisture automatic tester contains a sampling mechanism-connected electrical control device installed inside a housing. A sampling mechanism comprises a device seat. A motor is installed at one side of the device seat. The motor drives a driving shaft by a speed change gear. The driving shaft drives a driven shaft by a gear. The driving shaft and the driven shaft are positioned inside a device chamber at another side of the device seat. The driving shaft is provided with a first pinch roller, a storage separator plate and a dredge impeller. The driven shaft is provided with a second pinch roller, a flaring feed inlet of the device chamber and a separator plate swinging groove. The storage separator plate drives the driving shaft to carry out reciprocating swing inside the separator plate swinging groove. The dredge impeller rotates with the driving shaft. The outer walls of the first pinch roller and the second pinch roller are respectively provided with rough particles and grooves. There exists a gap between the first pinch roller and the second pinch roller. During the relative rotation process of the first and second pinch rollers, cereal passes through the gap.
