Abstract

The invention discloses a connector assembly, comprising an insulating body, an optical fibre device and terminals. The insulating body is provided with a base part extending along a lengthwise direction as well as a first body and a second body located at the both lengthwise ends of the base part and extending along a butting direction. The optical fibre device is fixedly held in the insulating body. The terminals are fixedly held in the first body and the second body respectively; the first body and the second body are oppositely disposed and a first butting space is formed therebetween; and the optical fibre device is provided with an optical signal receiving lens exposed in the first butting space. The terminals are located at the both sides of the optical fibre device and good for controlling the balance degree of the connector assembly, so that a stable transmission for the optical signal of the connector assembly can be improved.
