Problems solved by technology

[0005]However, the above-mentioned methods of decorating the surface of metal materials have a large number of steps, and in order to form the resin part on the back, it is necessary to bond the resin in a separate step. Molded body, or injection molding of resin
Therefore, it takes a lot of labor and time to decorate the surface of the metal material and form the resin part on the back.

Embodiment approach 1

[0028] Figure 1 ~ Figure 3 All are diagrams showing a molding process of a composite product using the injection molding die according to the present invention. Figure 4 yes figure 2 An enlarged view of the main part of .

[0029] [metal body]

[0030] The metal body 20 has a flat plate shape as a whole, and a raised portion 11 is formed around it. In order to facilitate the formation of the decorative layer, surface treatment is performed on the surface of the metal body 20 in advance, or a sheet that is easy to bond the decorative layer is pasted in advance. In addition, in order to facilitate the fixation of the injected resin, an adhesive layer is applied to the back of the metal body 20 in advance, or a layer with high adhesiveness is formed by chemical treatment. The surface treatment of the metal body 20 and the coating materials on the front and back sides need to be selected according to various combinations of the metal of the metal body 20, the decorative lay...

Embodiment approach 2

[0044] When the resin part 30 is not molded on the entire back surface of the metal body 20, but only in the peripheral part, for example, the resin part 30 is molded, as Figure 5 As shown, the front end portion 3a of the slide mold 3 is protruded into the cavity V, and the front end surface 3A is pressed against the back surface of the metal body 20 after the mold is closed. When the molten resin is injected with the tip portion 3a of the slide mold 3 protruding into the cavity V, no molten resin is injected into the portion of the tip surface 3A that presses the back surface of the metal body 20 . Therefore, the resin portion 20 is formed only on the peripheral portion of the metal body 20 .

[0045] In this case, of course, the heat of the resin is not transmitted to the surface side corresponding to the portion of the back surface of the metal body 20 where the molten resin is not injected, and the surface temperature of the metal body 20 may be lowered only in this porti...

Abstract

An object is to obtain a molding die for injection molding by which decoration of a front surface of a metallic material and formation of a resin portion on a rear surface can be easily performed, and a method for producing a composite product. A molding die for injection molding which can be used for producing a composite product wherein a resin portion (30) is formed on the rear surface of a metal body (20), and at the same time as the formation of the resin portion (30), the front surface of the metal body (20) is decorated by a decoration sheet (F). The molding die is provided with a first die (1) having a first cavity surface on which the metal body (20) is arranged, a second die (2) having a second cavity surface which is shaped to correspond to the front surface of the metal body (20) to define a cavity corresponding to the resin portion (30) between the metal body (20) and the first cavity surface by being clamped with the first die (1), and a gate (4) formed in the first cavity surface so as to be opposed to the rear surface of the metal body (20) for injecting a molten resin to the cavity (V).

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a mold and a manufacturing method for obtaining a composite product in which a decorative layer is formed on the surface of a metal body and a resin portion is formed on the back. Background technique [0002] Molded products in which metal materials and resin are integrated are used in various fields such as automobiles, home appliances, mobile phones, and personal computers. As a method of bonding a resin to a metal material to produce a metal-resin composite product, a method of using resin-based injection molding, a method of applying an adhesive layer on the surface of a metal to bond a resin layer (see Patent Document 1). [0003] In addition, the decoration on the surface of the metal material is performed by painting, sublimation transfer, laser printing, hot stamp, screen printing, or the like. [0004] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2005-144987 [0005] However, the surface decoration meth...
