The invention provides a direct voltage supplying device which comprises a voltage detecting unit, an enable signal processing unit, a latch unit, a control unit and a voltage conversion unit, wherein the voltage detecting unit is used for receiving and detecting a direct-current input voltage so as to generate an input voltage status signal, the enable signal processing unit is used for receiving the input voltage status signal and an enable signal and determining the state of the enable signal according to the input voltage status signal; when the enable signal is invalid, a latch of the latch unit can enable the enable signal to be in an invalid state, and the control unit is used for receiving the enable signal so as to generate a control signal; when the control signal is valid, the voltage conversion unit is used for receiving and converting the direct-current input voltage into a direct-current output voltage and outputting the direct-current output voltage; and when the control signal is invalid, the voltage conversion unit stops receiving the direct-current input voltage.
