The static water level gauges are characterized in that: a liquid container air vent is arranged at the top part of the liquid container of each static water level gauge and a pressure senor cabin air vent is arranged on a pressure senor cabin, so that the influences of temperature and pressure of atmosphere are eliminated; based on a water level balance principle, a time slot foundation settlement value of a point to be measured is a difference value between a liquid level height hi of the static water level gauge at the point to be measured and the liquid level height h0 of the static water level gauge at the standard point, namely delta hi=h0-hi.
