Problems solved by technology

However, the disadvantages of this method are: on the one hand, the complex dynamic coupling device introduces dynamic coupling errors, which affects the stability of temperature measurement;
[0005] In addition, multi-point temperature measurement can also be achieved by time-division multiplexing, but this method requires multiple excitation light sources and a precise time synchronization system, and the system is complex and expensive

Abstract

The invention discloses an optical fiber temperature sensor used for measuring multipoint temperature in real time, belonging to the field of temperature sensors. The optical fiber temperature sensor is characterized in that a light transmission optical fiber is connected with a temperature sensor optical fiber probe and an optical fiber coupler, and a fluorescent material is coated on the temperature sensor optical fiber probe; the optical fiber coupler is connected with a stimulation light source module capable of intensity modulation, a filter element and a photoelectric detector respectively; and a modulation signal source is connected with the stimulation light source module, a data processing module and the photoelectric detector respectively. The optical fiber temperature sensor uses stimulating light which is subjected to intensity modulation and enveloped with a plurality of frequency components to stimulate the fluorescent materials in the optical fiber probes of channels, the collected fluorescence signals are modulated by adopting the phase locking detection technology, so that the fluorescence lifetime of each measuring point is obtained, and further the temperature of the corresponding points can be obtained. According to the optical fiber temperature sensor, the single light source and a signal detecting-processing module are adopted to realize the multipoint temperature measurement by positioning in real time, the structure is simple and compact, and the cost is low.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of temperature sensors, in particular to an optical fiber temperature sensor for real-time measurement of multi-point temperatures. Background technique [0002] Compared with traditional temperature sensors, optical fiber temperature sensors have many advantages, such as: light waves are not affected by electromagnetic interference; optical fiber has a wide operating frequency and a large dynamic range, and is a low-loss transmission line; the optical fiber itself is uncharged, small in size and light in weight , easy to bend, good radiation resistance. Therefore, the fiber optic temperature sensor is especially suitable for use in harsh environments such as flammable, explosive, strictly limited space, and strong electromagnetic interference, which solves the problem of temperature measurement that cannot be solved by traditional methods. Among them, the fluorescent optical fiber temperature sensor realizes tempera...
