An air flow direction converter comprises a plurality of openings, of which an upper side opening is connected with the air feeder through an air channel; a lower side middle opening is connected with a differential pressure fan through the air channel; the lower side left end and right end openings are connected with both sides of a fruit and vegetable processing groove through the air channel, respectively. A pulling rod is arranged in the air flow direction converter; the pulling rod is connected and fixed with an arched valve; the position of the archedvalve is adjusted by moving the pulling rod in the air flow direction converter, such that conversion of air flow direction is realized.
