Embodiment Construction

[0028] Specific embodiments of the present invention are shown in the accompanying drawings, with figure 2 The automatic hanging and unhooking device for the crane spreader shown is composed of a hook 1, a left hook shaft 2, a left pull plate assembly 3, a left trunnion 4, a left crank 5, a left connecting shaft 6, a left positioning baffle 7, and a seat plate 8 , crank connection shaft 9, spreader 10, right connection shaft 11, right positioning baffle 12, right trunnion 13, right crank 14, right pull plate assembly 15, right hook shaft 16, lug plate 17, bump block 18 . The distance between the left connecting shaft 6 and the right connecting shaft 11 where the lower ends of the left pull-plate assembly 3 and the right pull-plate assembly 15 are hinged to the sling 10 is greater than the center-to-center distance of the double hook of the hook 1, so that the double hook of the hanger 1 has two hooks. Hanging point and left pull plate assembly 3 and right pull plate assembly...

Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic hooking and unhooking device for a hanger of a crane, which comprises pulling plate assemblies, a hanger and the like. Lower ends of the pulling plate assemblies are hinged with the hanger via two hinged shafts, and the distance between the two hinged shafts are larger than the hook center distance of a hanging hook, so that a trapezoid is formed by two hanging points of the hanging hook and centers of the hinged shafts which are used for hinging the lower ends of the pulling plate assemblies with the hanger. A left crank and a right crank are mounted between the two hinged shafts used for hinging the lower ends of the two pulling plate assemblies with the hanger by base plates. The left end of the left crank is hinged with a lug plate of the left end of the left pulling plate assembly by a left trunnion. The right crank is hinged with the lower end of the right pulling plate assembly by a right trunnion. Collision blocks are respectively mounted at the lower end of the left pulling plate assembly and the lower end of the right pulling plate assembly and are close to upper portions of the corresponding lug plates. Positions of the collision blocks on the pulling plate assemblies are higher than the right end of the left crank and the left end of the right crank before a hoisting process starts. Positions of the right end of the left crank and the left end of the right crank are higher than the collision blocks after the hoisting process starts. Outer sides of lower portions of the pulling plate assemblies are provided with positioning baffle plates welded on the hanger.

Description

technical field [0001] The automatic hanging and unhooking device for a crane spreader of the present invention belongs to lifting and transporting machinery, and particularly relates to an automatic hanging and unhooking device for a straight handle double hook hanging spreader of a casting crane. Background technique [0002] At present, multi-purpose metallurgical cranes need to use a straight handle double hook to hang the hook and hang the beam to complete the normal operation when lifting the load. The hook and unhook method of the hook hanging beam is manually assisted to hang the pull plate on the hook with a lever and other tools. After the operation is completed, the worker uses the lever to pull the pull plate away from the hook; or use a crane to move horizontally At this time, the operator needs to control the movement of the cart and the lifting of the hook at the same time, frequent jogging, and the operation is complicated; some pull plates are heavy, requiri...
