Abstract

The invention provides a self-checking integrated fuel annunciator, which comprises a magnetic floater assembly (2), a circuit board (4) and a junction box (5). The circuit board (4) and the junction box (5) are fixedly connected onto a mounting seat (3). A reed switch is a multi-reed-switch assembly, reeds are serially connected to form the multi-reed-switch assembly after being parallelly connected in pairs, and self-checking coils (7) which are respectively electrically connected with a relay (8) and the floater assembly (2) are wound on a column of a reed switch glass sheath (10). The self-checking integrated fuel annunciator solves the problem that reliability of a reed relay is difficult to be improved quickly in the prior art. A parallel-serial connection redundant design mode for the reed relay which is a core component of the fuel annunciator is adopted, and the purpose of quickly improving reliability of the fuel annunciator is achieved. Besides, reliability R of the serial-connection reed switch can reach 0.999988.
