Abstract

The invention relates to a method for recording and downloading satellite measured and controlled telemetry parameters of an invisible arc section, which is used for being matched with a time scale command to complete recording and downloading of delayed telemetry of the invisible arc section. The method comprises the following steps of: when executing the time scale command and indicating the current state as a departure state, recording according to a recording strategy of the delayed telemetry; and when executing the time scale command and indicating the current state as an entry state, downloading according to a downloading strategy of the delayed telemetry in the time scale command. The recording strategy comprises two modes of period recording and condition recording. The downloading modes comprise a totally downloading mode, an extraction proportion downloading mode and a time period selective downloading mode. By the mode that the method is matched with the time scale command,the automatic recording and downloading of the delayed telemetry can be realized. Due to the adoption of the recording strategy and the downloading modes, corresponding processing can be carried out according to different types of data. The method is more flexible and has higher storage and downloading efficiency, so that the satellite state is furthest reflected by utilizing the effective bandwidth and the basis is provided for fault analysis and judgment of a satellite outside the monitoring arc section.
