Abstract

The manufacturing method is characterized in that, when members are manufactured, in addition to a flange end plate with connection angles in two directions, a large baseplate connected with a ship body, a top plate connected with a crownblock beam and a small flange plate required for adjusting a guide track which need to reserve welding movable ports before pre-assembly, other flange joints are welded 100% without reserving the movable ports; and when the pre-assembly is performed, a temporary piece is adopted for positioning outside the reserved movable ports, backing welding is not performed on the joints, and all the members are sent into a workshop for cleaning and welding after the pre-assembly, so that welded transverse cracks can be reduced. Compared with the prior art, the manufacturing method disclosed by the invention can improve efficacy, realize energy conservation and environmental protection, reduce labor consumption, simultaneously reduce production material consumption and electric consumption, save energy cost and eliminate the setup of an outfield welding protection device.
