The invention discloses a method for analyzing the operation energy efficiency of a pump set of an industrial circulating water system, which is used for solving the problem of high judgment difficulty for the operation state of the pump set in a circulating water process under a changeable working condition. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, establishing a water pump feature model library and an operation energy efficiency model of a water pump and a water pump set under the changeable working condition; and secondly, by considering the whole water pump set as an energy efficiency unit, proposing a concept of operation energy efficiency of the water pump set, and on the basis, carrying out real-time monitoring and continuous analysis on the operation energy efficiency of the whole pump set. In the invention, a lift value, a flow value and a shaft power value under a corresponding frequency condition are determined on the basis of a water pump power frequency operation feature model, and then, respective corresponding explicit models of lift and flow, efficiency and flow as well as shaft power and flow under different frequency conditions are established. The pump set can rapidly reset to operate under a high-efficiency condition according to the requirement of high efficiency of the system through monitoring the change of various boundary condition parameters.
