The invention discloses a solar combined cooling, heating and power system, which comprises a solar photo-thermal and photoelectric integrated component, a first heat storage water tank, an electricity storage system, a photo-thermal component, a second heat storage water tank, a heat pump heat exchange terminal and a heat pump. The solar photo-thermal and photoelectric integrated component consists of a solar collector and a solar battery, the solar collector is positioned on the back surface of the solar photo-thermal and photoelectric integrated component, and the solar battery is positioned on the front surface of the solar photo-thermal and photoelectric integrated component; fluid can circulate between the first heat storage water tank and the solar collector in the solar photo-thermal and photoelectric integrated component, and the first heat storage water tank is used for collecting heat energy generated by the solar collector; electric energy generated by the solar battery in the solar photo-thermal and photoelectric integrated component is stored in the electricity storage system; and fluid can circulate between the second heat storage water tank and the photo-thermal component. The fluid can selectively circulate among the first heat storage water tank or the second heat storage water tank or the heat pump heat exchange terminal and an evaporation end and a condensation end of the heat pump. Cooling, heating and power energy can be optimally distributed for users only by the aid of solar energy by means of adjustment and matching in the system.
