Abstract

The invention discloses a fireproof armored cable which comprises a cable core formed by twisting a plurality of wire cores, wherein the wire core comprises a middle conductor, a fireproof layer and an insulated layer; the fireproof layer and the insulated layer are arranged outside the middle conductor; an inorganic filler layer is arranged in the gap of the cable core and outside the cable core; an inner protection layer, an inorganic thermal insulation layer, an armored layer and an outer protection layer are arranged outside the inorganic filler layer in sequence. The inorganic filler layer is formed by rope-shaped inorganic material, the inorganic thermal insulation layer is formed by two layers of high flame-retardant glass tapes and a synthetic mica paper adhered and clipped between the two layers of the high flame-retardant glass tapes, so as to play a very good heat insulation role in fire hazard, thus the insulation layer of the cable is softened in the fire hazard but not melted. The armored layer is formed by armoring steel belt, so as to bear the external force, fix the cable structure and insulate the fire, thus the cable is not easy to impact to be destroyed in the fire hazard, the relatively long-time normal operation of the cable in the fire hazard is ensured and the power supply guarantee is given to person evacuation and rescue.
