A semi-automatic height-adjustable and angle-adjustable desk is characterized in that a desktop plate contacts with top ends of draw bars. Upper ends of the two front draw bars are respectively provided with a horizontal strip-shaped top, and the two tops run front and back and are parallel mutually. A front portion of the desktop plate is placed on the two front draw bars and is not connected with the front draw bars. Upper ends of the two rear draw bars are respectively fixed at two ends of a transverse bar, and the transverse bar is hinged with the desktop plate. An adjustment mode includes that the front draw bars and the rear draw bars are adjusted respectively, and if the adjusted directions and the adjusted distances of the front draw bars and the rear draw bars are identical, the height of the desk can be adjusted; and if the adjusted directions and the adjusted distances are not identical, the angle of the desk can be adjusted. Each draw bar is provided with a positioning device. A main body is a supporting plate. One end of the supporting plate is high while the other end of the supporting plate is low, and the high end of the supporting plate is supported on the draw bars while the low end of the supporting plate is supported on a desk frame. A pressure spring is disposed above the high end of the supporting plate and tightly presses the supporting plate.
