The traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared by following bulk drugs including, by weight, from 10 to 25 parts of gastrodia elata, from 10 to 20 parts of astragalus mongholicus, from 10 to 20 parts of prepared rehmannia roots, from 10 to 30 parts of radix paeoniae alba, from 10 to 20 parts of Chinese angelica, from 10 to 20 parts of uncaria and from 5 to 20 parts of bombyx batryticatus. The invention further provides application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
