Abstract

The invention discloses a transparent wear-resisting plastic alloy and a preparation method of the plastic alloy. The plastic alloy comprises the components as follows: 65-95% of polylactic acid with the viscosity average molecular weigh between 90,000-250,000, 5-35% of polyoxymethylene with the viscosity average molecular weigh between 2-10, 0.1-1% of a transparent reagent and 0-2% of a plasticizer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, putting polylactic acid and polyoxymethylene which are measured and dried into a mixer, and adding the plasticizer and mixing uniformly at room temperature, so as to wet the materials fully and uniformly; secondly, mixing uniformly the transparent reagent and the fully-wetted materials at room temperature; thirdly, mixing uniformly an assistant and the fully-wetted materials at room temperature; and fourthly, putting the mixed materials into a double screw extruder, performing mixing, plasticization and extrusion on the materials fully and uniformly, and then pelleting by a pelletizer.
